Former Leeds defender Danny Mills makes 'disjointed' Manchester United prediction

Former Leeds defender Danny Mills believes his old side have a chance of beating Manchester United on Sunday, having branded Ralf Rangnick’s side “disjointed”.

United head to Elland Road aiming to continue their push for the top four this season.

Despite the ongoing issues at Old Trafford, United remain well-placed in the race for the Premier League’s final Champions League spot, with Rangnick’s side sitting fourth ahead of kick-off.

Leeds, meanwhile, have found the going much tougher in their second season back in the Premier League, and are in need of an upturn in results in order to get themselves away from danger.

And, although the two sides find themselves battling it out at opposite ends of the table, Mills believes his former side have a chance of bouncing back against United.

"Man United have got problems but they keep managing to get results," Mills told Football Insider.

"Leeds will be desperate to get a result against Man United at Elland Road, especially after the absolute drubbing on the opening day of the season.

"Without a doubt, Leeds have a chance of winning. Man United have some absolutely fantastic players in their squad, if they can pull it together and it all clicks then they can beat anybody on the planet.

"They are not clicking at the moment, that’s the problem. They are relying on individual players or a bit of luck to win games.
