Former Corrie star turned fashion boss Arianna Ajtar stuns in sizzling summer design

Former Coronation Street star turned fashion boss Arianna Ajtar made the most of Manchester's sweltering heatwave - rocking a glamorous customised ensemble. Arianna has turned entrepreneur with her Mars the Label fashion brand since leaving the soap two years ago.

And she was pictured as she headed for a night out on the city's burgeoning Swan Street, sandwiched between the Northern Quarter and Ancoats districts. She was dressed for the weather in a stunning multi-coloured bra top and matching skirt, teamed with bright green sandals.

It appeared to show off her creative flair too. As the outfit was a customisation of a current Her Own design - but fashioned by Arianna into a bikini bra top to keep even cooler in the heatwave.

Explaining the reason behind the customisation of the bra top, Arianna told her followers: "It's the ari co ord from Her Owen. I customised it to make it 32 degree weather appropriate!"

Arianna’s Mars the Label brand has become well known for its unique designs hugely popular with celebrities around the world including their signature fishtail swimsuit. It was made famous by Love Island star Mary Bedford who wore the item for her debut on the hit ITV2 show.

She was spotted on Saturday night on Swan Street as she headed for a night out with pals at hip cocktail bar Mecanica. Inside she shared videos of another of her "bestie" performing the Prince classic Purple Rain in the bar.
