First images of luxury rooftop restaurant at Gary Neville's St Michael's development

New images have been released of Chotto Matte, the rooftop restaurant that will be part of Gary Neville's new £400m St Michael's development.

The Japanese-Peruvian restaurant will take the 20,000 sq ft space for its new restaurant, and is set to open early next year. The new development is situated on Jackson’s Row on the site of the former Bootle Street police station.

The restaurant will feature Chotto Matte’s signature design elements such as an open sushi counter, robata grill, table-side torched sushi, lava stone features, and graffiti-inspired artwork.
