FIFA 22 FUTTIES: Leaked release date, predictions/leaks and everything you need to know

One of the best promos of the year is coming to FIFA 22 – the FUTTIES. Here we have everything you need to know about the event.

The FUTTIES was a concept first introduced into FIFA 15 Ultimate Team and has remained an integral part of the FIFA calendar ever since. Judging off previous instalments, FUTTIES is a fan-driven promo event in FIFA Ultimate Team where the community gets the opportunity to vote for their favourite player across the FUTTIE Nominees in specific categories. Each Futties winner player will get a special pink-coloured player card with boosted stats.

As it’s voted by the community, the cards we receive are often incredible. Last year we saw the likes of some FIFA fan favourites obtaining cards, such as a 99-rated Lionel Messi, a 98 N’Golo Kante, a 96 Arjen Robben and many more. This year should be no different – so it’s massively exciting to think what’s in store for us for FUTTIES in FIFA 22!

Nothing is official at this moment in time, however reliable FIFA source FUTSheriff has leaked that the FUTTIES promo will begin on Friday 8th July 2022.

This means that the Shapeshifters promo that is currently running will come to an end after a three-week stint, however, nothing is confirmed about whether we’ll be receiving a Team 4. Nevertheless, never fear as the FUTTIES will provide some exemplary content for all players.

Although there is no confirmed information on what cards we’ll be receiving during this promo, we can make a prediction that EA will release a ‘Best Of’ team that’ll be released into packs
