FC Copenhagen 0-0 Man City highlights and reaction as Erling Haaland left on bench after red card

Manchester City failed to make it four Champions League group stage points on the bouncem after being held by FC Copenhagen at Parken Stadium on Tuesday evening.

City had maximum points from their first three games in the Champions League this season, including a 5-0 win over Copenhagen at the Etihad just six days ago. Victory in Denmark would have rubber stamped means qualification knockout stages with two games to spare, although they remain firmly in the driving seat.

Pep Guardiola was forced into a reshuffle in the first half when Sergio Gomez was sent off. City had already seen a goal by Rodri chalked off for a handball by Riyad Mahrez in the build-up. Mahrez then went on to see a penalty kick saved, on a frustrating night for the visitors.

With a huge trip to Liverpool on Sunday, Guardiola left star striker Erling Haaland on the bench and City did miss the Norwegian, though tougher tasks will come.
