Fans worry if Conor McGregor has been hacked after "horny" tweet

Fans are worried that Conor McGregor 's Twitter account has been hacked after the UFC star tweeted he was "horny".

McGregor is no stranger to sharing his thoughts on social media during a UFC pay-per-view and much was the same during the UFC 271 broadcast on Saturday night.

Whilst commonly boasting about his own achievements and sharing his thoughts on the fights, fans were surprised to see McGregor tweet he was "horny" during the Jared Cannonier vs Derek Brunson fight.

"Guys, I'm horny," McGregor wrote in the tweet.

And his next tweet added a bit of context to his original post, writing: "I’m the number 1 highest paid Forbes athlete this year. I horn."

Fans reacted to his tweets, which have not yet been deleted, with concerns that his account had been hacked.

One user wrote: "Bro for sure just got hacked…or either really drunk."

A second added "Seems [he] got hacked" whilst a similar comment read "Got hacked?"

But some users didn't think McGregor had been hacked and instead claimed he was "drunk".

A user wrote: "Conor are you drunk again," whilst another commented "Oh yeah u on the p*** for sure."

McGregor has promised to give up alcohol when he plans his eventual return to the cage, but one commenter said the UFC star's recent actions have made it hard to support him.

"Conor bro. It’s getting so hard to support you with s*** like this," they wrote.

McGregor is still on the road to recovery trail after suffering a broken tibia in his UFC 264 trilogy against Dustin Poirier.

He has been bulking up since his last fight and claimed to be "190lbs of granite", which would make a cut back down to 155-pounds a hard task.
