Family's touching message after death of 'amazing' young woman aged 25

A family who were left 'completely broken' following the death of an 'amazing' young woman have issued a moving message to others five years on.

Emma Chesworth was just 25-years-old when she tragically took her own life, the Liverpool Echo reports. The 'amazing auntie' had struggled with mental health issues since her dad Don died from cancer when she was just 17, her cousin Helen Harper said.

Helen said Paul's Place gave comfort and support to Emma's mum Jan, following her death. More than £1,700 has been raised for the charity so far following Helen and Andy's walk from West
