Delhi Capitals batter Faf Du Plessis came up with a brilliant answer to a social media user's request after his picture with Punjab Kings owner Preity Zinta went viral. During the match between the two teams in IPL 2025 on Saturday, a picture of both team standing side by side caught the fans' attention and a social media user even suggested that they should star in a Bollywood movie together.  "Someone please cast @faf1307 and @realpreityzinta in a movie already. He's got the action-hero vibe. She's aging like fine wine. Put them in a sports drama or a royal romance — don't waste this visual perfection!" the fan posted.

Du Plessis responded to the suggestion in a cheeky manner: "Make it happen".

After Punjab Kings (PBKS) suffered a six-wicket loss to Delhi Capitals (DC) in Jaipur, skipper Shreyas Iyer admitted that despite putting up a strong total on the board, the team fell short in execution with the ball. Delhi, already out of playoff contention, chased down the 207-run target in 19.3 overs.

Speaking after the match, Iyer said, "207 was a fantastic score on this wicket. There was some variable bounce and it wasn't coming on at the same pace. We weren't disciplined enough with ball," as quoted from ESPNcricinfo.
