Fabio Paratici resigns from Spurs after unsuccessful ban appeal, Daniel Levy reveals 'stressful time' for Italian

Fabio Paratici has resigned from his role as managing director of football at Spurs after an unsuccessful appeal of his worldwide ban, as club chairman Daniel Levy revealed the toll the process has taken on the Italian. Paratici had already taken a leave of absence from his position while his appeal was considered, but now the decision has been upheld, the 50-year-old has decided to formally step down.
