FA Cup draw LIVE: Man City learn quarter-final opponents

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of today's FA Cup quarter-final draw with Manchester City in the hat.

The Blues were 3-1 winners at Newcastle United on Saturday night as Pep Guardiola's side recovered from going a goal down to roar back. Omar Marmoush scored twice for City in Erling Haaland's absence with Savinho also on target.

City will take their place in the draw alongside Premier League heavyweights Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool while Leeds United are also through. Championship side Southampton are through having upset Fulham while Port Vale stunned Sunderland. The final place will go to the winners of tonight's tie between West Ham and Brentford.

The draw will take place ahead of that game and you can follow it live here.

Joe Cole has moved from punditry duty on TNT Sports with the former England midfielder heading to help conduct the draw.

Who do you want Manchester City to face in the quarter-final? We're about to find out who they will take on, with a place at Wembley at stake.

We're around 10 minutes away from the draw getting underway, so here's a reminder of those all-important ball numbers...

1. Southampton

2. Port Vale

3. Manchester City

4. Leeds

5. Arsenal

6. Liverpool

7. Chelsea

8. West Ham or Brentford

The decision to abolish replays was implemented from the first round proper onwards in the 2024/25 season.

This means the tie must be resolved on the night, as the traditional format was removed to help ease fixture congestion for clubs competing in expanded European formats.

Supporters can tune in live on UK television through TNT Sports 1, with proceedings commencing at around 7.05pm UK time. Presenters Darren Fletcher and Ally McCoist will front the coverage as part of the pre-match
