FA Cup 3rd round draw LIVE as Manchester United and Man City find out opponents

Hello and welcome to the Manchester Evening News' live coverage of the FA Cup third round draw this evening.

After qualifying rounds and two proper rounds this season, England's famous domestic cup enters the most exciting stage this evening as Premier League and Championship clubs enter the competition.

Manchester United, Manchester City and the rest of the Premier League will learn their first opponents of this season's edition of the tournament. Last year, United fell at the fifth round stage to Fulham, while Pep Guardiola's men finished runners-up after losing to Crystal Palace in the final.

Non-league sides Macclesfield, Boreham Wood and Weston-super-Mare booked their place in the draw over the weekend. Brackley Town could join them if they beat League One side Burton Albion after the draw.

Sky has slashed the price of its Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle for the 2025/26 season, saving members £336 and offering more than 1,400 live matches across the Premier League, EFL and more.

Sky will show at least 215 live Premier League games this season, an increase of up to 100 more.
