F3: Zane Maloney and Oliver Goethe walk away from big crash at Spa

An early reminder of the safety advancements that have been made in open-cockpit motor racing post the summer break came at the Belgian Grand Prix weekend on Saturday, with F3 drivers Zane Maloney and Oliver Goethe involved in a big high-speed shunt.

The Spa-Francorchamps circuit is one of the most popular and exciting tracks in motorsport with drivers and fans always loving attending the Grand Prix weekend.

Both, though, were able to be helped out of the car as quickly as possible and that was certainly a relief, following what was a nasty-looking crash at the time.
