F1: Canada victory sees Red Bull move into top 5 of most successful constructors
The Canadian Grand Prix proved a very fruitful one for Max Verstappen, and also gave Red Bull an impressive milestone as they moved into the top 5 for most-successful F1 constructors.
The Milton Keynes-based team has become one of the best outfits in the sport in its modern history, with them winning five Drivers’ titles and four Constructors’ crowns.
Indeed, their most dominant period came between 2010 and 2013 with Sebastian Vettel securing all four of his world titles during that period, whilst in 2021 and 2022 they’ve again been one of the leading teams challenging for the championship.
Of course, there was a little dip between those years with the rise of Mercedes but there’s no denying that Red Bull deserve their place among some of the great teams in the history of the sport, and their latest win in Canada moved them ahead of the iconic Lotus name, with Williams now next in their sights:
An 82nd win means Red Bull has overtaken Lotus in the all-time list of constructor winners!
