'Expected to leave' - Fabrizio Romano says Conte could lose 'monster' Spurs player this summer

Tottenham Hotspur coach Antonio Conte could lose a ‘monster’ player this summer as reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano shares an update out of north London.

The Evening Standard and journalist Dan Kilpatrick recently revealed transfer chief Fabio Paratici and co may orchestrate a plethora of Hotspur Way departures this summer.

Bergwijn has had his fair share of fine moments at Spurs this season, perhaps most notably bagging the brilliant added time brace to clinch a dramatic 3-2 victory away to Leicester City.

He’s certainly shined on the major occasion with members of the press even calling Tottenham’s forward a ‘big-game monster‘ at times over his spell with the club.

Conte has previously highlighted Bergwijn’s importance, more recently calling the 24-year-old a ‘fantastic striker’
