Everything Ralf Rangnick said in his final Manchester United press conference

Ralf Rangnick spoke to the press for the last time as Manchester United interim manager on Friday afternoon as he looked ahead to the final match of the Premier League season.

Erik ten Hag will be in attendance for the clash with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Sunday, and United will be hoping to end the disappointing campaign on a high ahead of his arrival.

Whatever the result, United will finish the season with their lowest points tally in Premier League history. They’ve lost their last five away league games, and defeat by two or more goals here would see them finish the season with a negative goal difference for the first time since 1989-90 (-1).

Rangnick issued some early team news ahead of the match, with Jadon Sancho, Luke Shaw and Phil Jones all doubts for the encounter.

Luke Shaw, Phil Jones and Jadon Sancho are among the Manchester United players who could miss their final game of the season at Crystal Palace.

Shaw's partner, Anouska, gave birth to their second child on Friday and the left-back is unlikely to participate in United's final training session before they travel to London.

Jones and Sancho withdrew from Friday's training session and Alejandro Garnacho has missed most of first-team training since his FA Youth Cup final heroics last week due to illness.
