Everything Disney announced at D23 including new Marvel and Star Wars
Disney’s D23 Expo was filled to the brim with new projects for all of the company’s big ticket franchises. Hundreds of new Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar and Disney projects will be arriving in the cinemas and on Disney+ over the next few years.
From the long awaited Black Panther 2 to the somewhat surprising Lion King live action prequel, Disney hasn’t held back with its plans. While many projects are announced at San Diego Comic Con, D23 Expo is a fan event with plenty of extra news and exclusive trailers.
Some projects have been previously announced but now have a trailer or release date while others are brand new. Disney fans can expect a lot in the next few years - here’s every TV show and film scheduled to release in cinemas and on Disney+.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe keeps expanding and, with many characters back under the ownership of the company, remakes and sequels for other franchises are primed for the picking. Marvel announces its projects years in advance so these are all the updated or confirmed tv series and films coming out in phases four, five and six.
