We're fast approaching the end of the season in the Championship, League One and League Two.

And there is plenty to play for at both ends of the table. In the Championship, Fulham and Bournemouth currently occupy the automatic promotion spots with a clutch of sides chasing a play-off spot.

Millwall, down in 10th spot, are just six points off sixth-placed Sheffield United ahead of Saturday's fixtures. In League One, the promotion picture is much tighter whilst trying to predict who will finish in the play-off spots in League Two is anyone's guess. Here, we look at the promotions and relegations that could occur across the three divisions this weekend.

Fulham have been shoe-ins for an immediate promotion back to the top flight for most of the season thanks to outstanding form.

Goal machine Aleksandar Mitrovic has been a large part of that, with a whopping 38 goals. There is a chance that promotion back to the Premier League could be clinched this weekend. For that to happen Fulham need to beat Coventry City on Sunday. Before that though they need Nottingham Forest, who have played only 38 games, to lose at home to Birmingham City on Saturday.
