European Championships: Irish in action on Day 3

It's day three of the European Athletics Championships in Rome, with all of Ireland's mixed 4x400m relay gold medalists in action.

Rhasidat Adeleke and Sharlene Mawdsley now contest the women's 400m semi-final alongside Sophie Becker.

Hiko Tonosa kick things off in the morning session with the men's half marathon final. That's followed by the women's final which includes Shona Heaslip and Emily Haggard Kearney.

Looking to add to Friday night's relay success, Waterford's Thomas Barr concludes the morning session with round one of the men's 400m hurdles and North Sligo athlete Christopher O'Donnell is in men's 400m semi-final action.
