There are dribblers that are all about speed, others that are all about tricks and the best of the best who combine both to dazzle defenders.
All are a wonder to watch but looking deeper than just the basic eye test, who were the best when it came to tying their opponents in knots?
We’ve crunched the numbers to find out, and here we’ve identified the top 10 players in Europe’s top five leagues with the most successful dribbles per 90 minutes.
To qualify for the list a player must have played at least 1000 minutes and there’s plenty of top talent on our list. Where two players are tied, we’ve placed the player with more total dribbles higher.
With a reputation as Europe’s most dangerous super sub, Muriel’s ability to drive at defences with the ball at his feet is part of what makes him such a fearsome prospect off the bench.
