Euro 2022: England stars reveal ‘Love Island’ addiction in camp
Eat, sleep, train and watch Love Island –– that’s become the routine for many of the Lionesses in England’s Euro 2022 camp.
Sarina Wiegman’s side have been in scintillating form so far in the tournament –– scoring 14 goals, conceding none and securing three wins from three games.
Part of the reason for this success stems from each individual being able to switch off and relax in between games.
As the BBC reports, England’s base camp at the Lensbury Resort in Teddington is filled with different things to entertain the players, including basketball hoops and darts boards.
According to the BBC, many of the players choose to watch the other Euro 2022 matches that are taking place –– perhaps for enjoyment, or maybe to scout out their potential opponents later down the line.
Aside from watching games, a large group of players also gather every night to watch the reality TV show, Love Island.
