Erling Haaland shows weaker right foot is insanely powerful in training session
Erling Haaland showed even his weaker right foot is insanely powerful during a Norway training session this week.
The 21-year-old, who will officially complete his £51.2 million move to the Premier League on July 1 after Manchester City activated the release clause in his Borussia Dortmund contract, is naturally left footed but has been working hard on improving his weaker right foot in recent years.
And the hard work is clearly paying off.
Back in October 2020, after scoring in a Bundesliga fixture against Schalke, Haaland told reporters: “I’ve been training my right foot, so it’s good to get a goal with that foot.”
There have been other occasions since then where Haaland has shown that he’s more than capable of using his right foot to great effect.
And Premier League defenders who were already anxious about the prospect of facing the powerful centre-forward may feel even more nervous after watching the following clip.
