Erling Haaland: Dortmund fans give striker incredible reception in last game for club

Manchester City announced earlier this week that they had agreed a fee with Borussia Dortmund for Erling Haaland.

The Norwegian has been sensational for Dortmund over the past two-and-a-half seasons.

Signed for €20 million in 2020, Haaland has been unstoppable in a yellow shirt, scoring 86 times in 88 games.

He helped the club to the German Cup title in 2021 and has established himself as one of the best players in world football.

Haaland will always be regarded as a hero at Dortmund and he played his last game for the club on Saturday afternoon.

Ahead of kick off against Hertha Berlin at Signal Iduna Park, Haaland was treated to a quite incredible farewell by the home fans.

Haaland was given flowers and posed for pictures as the home fans chanted his name.
