Erik ten Hag press conference LIVE Manchester United team news updates for Omonia Nicosia fixture

Manchester United take on Omonia Nicosia in the Europa League at Old Trafford on Thursday night.

Erik ten Hag will speak at his pre-match press conference today ahead of that match and he's due to speak at 12pm with Victor Lindelof alongside him.

United defeated Omonia 3-2 in Cyprus last week and the fixture was far from straightforward, despite Ten Hag's side being heavy favourites entering the contest. Omonia took an early lead in the game and United were forced to respond to that setback.

Marcus Rashford scored two goals and Antony Martial also got on the scoresheet, but the latter is a doubt for the reverse leg at Old Trafford as he sustained a hip injury in the pre-match warm-up at Goodison Park at the weekend.

Ten Hag will give an update on Martial's fitness and he will also discuss the team news elsewhere for Omonia.

Harry Maguire has been a dressing room presence in United's last two Premier League games.

Maguire had been training in Portugal at the Quinta do Lago resort to recover from a thigh strain that has sidelined him for the last three games.

The 29-year-old ensured he returned in time to attend United's 2-1 win at Everton on Sunday, having been at the Manchester derby a week earlier.
