Emmerdale fans confused by Mackenzie Boyd 'change' as they make prediction over Chloe

Emmerdale fans have been left 'confused' by Mackenzie Boyd's sudden change as he appeared to forget all about his feelings for Charity Dingle. Last month, Charity's world was shattered as she saw Mack refer to himself as 'daddy' as he worried over his newborn son, Reuben, who was seriously ill in hospital at the time.

Fans of the ITV soap already knew that Mack had enjoyed a one-night stand with Chloe Harris last year during a tiff with his then-girlfriend Charity. He then gave her the cold shoulder when she repeatedly tried to contact him before Chloe eventually dropped the bombshell that she was pregnant.

But less than two weeks after tying the knot, Charity discovered the truth about her husband's infidelity, which came after they lost their own unborn child. After uncovering the truth at the hospital, she was later face-to-face with her husband and when Mack tried to put down his recent behaviour to being anxious about becoming a husband, she revealed she knew the truth.

She has since been left heartbroken and trying to pretend she no longer cares about her husband as he spends time with Chloe and their son. But Charity's heart was further shattered when she relented and let the pair come to her granddaughter Sarah's 18th gathering at the pub before spotting them kissing in the back room.

But during Modnay night's trip to the Dales (June 12), Mack and Chloe took things further. The new parents decided to hire a babysitter and go for a meal out together. But things quickly took a turn when the couple locked lips after attempting to bid farewell to each other after their impromptu date.
