Elderly woman forced out of her home by nightmare neighbour who made her life a misery
A grandmother was forced out of the home she lived in for four decades after her elderly neighbour constantly blasted loud music.
Judith Harrison, 65, of Leigh Avenue, Knutsford, Cheshire would reportedly max out the volume on her stereo system, shout, scream, and bang on the walls, doors, and floor of her property - much to the dismay of her 75-year-old neighbour.
Crewe Magistrates Court heard how Harrison would only turn down the volume whenever she had visitors but when they left the hellish noise would start again.

Things got so bad that the local council issued two community protection notices to the retired hairdresser alongside two fines in relation to the noise. Despite this, Harrison appeared in court once more after being accused of breaching the order on 72 occasions in the span of two months.
Gary Coughlin, prosecuting on behalf of Cheshire East Council, said: “The complainant is the neighbour of the defendant Judith Harrison and they live in adjoined semi-detached properties. She has been a resident of her house for approximately 40 years whilst Ms Harrison is a homeowner and she has lived in her property for 35 years.
“The complaint from the complainant is entirely noise-related. Her complaint is that Ms Harrison has over a long period of time dating back many years, at least a decade, has continually banged on the party wall between the properties, shouted and screamed throughout the day, and plays loud music and stomps up and down the stairs, and the noise travels between the two properties."
