Eintracht Frankfurt plan Rangers 'dress rehearsal' as boss reveals surprise decision for Bundesliga dead rubber

Eintracht Frankfurt will use their Bundesliga dead rubber against Mainz as a "dress rehearsal" for the Europa League Final.

Boss Oliver Glasner has vowed to pick his strongest team for a meaningless league game on May 14 with the Seville showdown versus Rangers just a few days later on May 18.

Glasner insists his team will go all out for victory in a bid to build momentum for the big one.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst 's team, meanwhile, will play two more Premiership games to play this week.

Their opponents have just one in a match that counts for very little with Eintracht currently in a lowly 12th spot.

But boss Glasner has vowed to treat the match like the Europa League Final.

He said: "We want to be at our best in Seville, but we will use the game in Mainz as a dress rehearsal.
