eFootball 2022 and the miserable start to its revamped life continues as the developers look to push through new patches and updates as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Konami have come under intense scrutiny from vast segments of the gaming community following the release of the new-look free-to-play version of the Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) series that has been festooned with bugs and glitches since day one.

On a number of occasions, the Japanese organisations have profusely apologised and assured gamers that they are working tirelessly to rectify the creases that have yet to be ironed out in-game.

That being said, they have revealed that a new update 1.0.0, is on the way and we believe that this could bring sweeping changes with it.

Konami announced that update 1.0.0 will be launched until at least the Spring of 2022 until they can deliver a gaming experience that they believe the fans deserve.

Via eFootball official Twitter account, they said: “We would like to inform our players that the version 1.0.0 update scheduled for 11th November 2021 has been postponed until Spring 2022. Also, we are announcing the cancellation and automatic refunds of eFootball 2022 Premium Player Pack pre-orders, which included items that can only be used in-game after the version 1.0.0. update.

“We are working as hard as possible to deliver an experience that our players expect and deserve by Spring 2022.

“We
