Edge's WWE WrestleMania 38 entrance for AJ Styles match was seriously badass

Edge has performed one of the coolest entrances you’ll ever see at WrestleMania.

The arena went pitch-black apart from a blue light beaming down on the entrance that was surrounded by flames. Then arose Edge on his throne as another blast of fire shot out in front of him, which was greeted with a huge cheer from the eager fans.

After a few seconds of staring down the crowd, he started to menacingly walk towards the ring as the song ‘The Other Side’ by Alter Bridge kicked in to increase the tension even more.

The WWE Hall of Famer continued to swagger with the fans roaring either side of him. As he got to the steps of the ring, one crowd member could be seen clapping loudly behind him. Edge slowly turned his head towards him, looked him dead in the eyes and continued to walk up to the ring.

With probably every person in the room intimidated, the Canadian legend entered the ring and stood with his chest out, taking in this special moment. This entrance alone reinforces the fact that he is one of WrestleMania’s most prolific pay-per-view performers.

Edge, or Adam Copeland, has won the second-most championships in WWE history with 31, so it’s not even a debate as to how much of a legend he is in the industry. He’s one of the very best to ever lace up a pair of boots.

However, in 2011, Edge was forced to retire due to several neck injuries. His achievements and impacts on the sport didn’t go unnoticed, though, as in 2012 he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

His career wasn’t done there, though, as in 2020 he returned at the Royal Rumble, going on to win the match the following year.
