Edge: Fresh injury set to rule WWE Hall of Famer off TV
The injury problems mount up for WWE, with the news that Edge could be set for time away from the ring after he suffered a serious injury on Raw.
Already this week WWE were hit with the devasting injury to Cody Rhodes, which is set to rule him out of action until the end of the year. The torn triceps was evident during his Hell in a Cell match with Seth Rollins on Sunday and the attack from Rollins on Raw was a clear sign that Rhodes will be off our screen for a while.
Now, comes the news that Edge could also be joining Rhodes on the side-lines after he suffered an injury during this week’s Monday Night Raw.
In an announcement on yesterday’s WWE The Bump, Kayla Braxton stated that following the attack by the new-look Judgement Day, the WWE Hall of Famer suffered a non-displaced orbital floor fracture, which was confirmed by a CT scan on Tuesday.
