Eddie Hearn telling Jake Paul he will never be world champion live is absolute box office

Jake Paul and Eddie Hearn have been going head-to-head for a week or so now, most of it in good spirits.

The pair are in fight camp together as they prepare for the headline bout between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano. Hearn is of course representing ‘the Bray Bomber’ whilst Paul is in Serrano’s corner.

Not only have they put a bet worth $1 million on the fight, they have also had a lively debate in front of the camera regarding Paul’s future in the sport.

A lot of traditional boxing fans turn their nose up the YouTuber but it is hard to argue against his start to life in the ring.

That being said, Hearn isn’t hugely impressed.

“Everyone is entitled to have a dream. No seriously, I’m being serious. I think there is absolutely no way he can beat a World Champion and become World Champion.”

Paul has sounded out his ambitions to reach the very top with Mike Tyson at the top of his list when it comes to future opponents.

“But I will say, he’s improving a lot, he’s dedicated to the sport. I don’t know how good he is because he hasn’t really faced a real fighter yet.”

All the while of Hearn saying this, Jake was standing beside him quietly. At this point, he interjected to point out that: “A five-time World Champion in Tyron Woodley IS a real fighter.”

After the pair went back-and-forth over Paul’s credentials thus far in the sport, Hearn went back to voicing his opinions on where the man with over 20 million subscribers on YouTube stands at this moment in time.
