Eddie Hall lifting 100kg in each arm is absolutely mental to watch
Eddie Hall’s Instagram posts are often enough to make one gasp at the unbelievable weight that the former World’s Strongest Man can lift.
Yet, the 360lb Beast’s latest post, uploaded on Wednesday, June 29, has even pushed his own boundaries and has sent social media into meltdown over his crazy feats of strength.
In the clip posted, Hall is seen lifting a monstrous 100kg dumbbell in each arm in the high incline chest press position, a far more difficult position than the more standard flat chess press.
That is 200kg combined, which is just over 31 stone! Madness. Utter, utter madness!
That’s not all, though, he doesn’t just do it once to show off, oh no, the 34-year-old former Strongman manages seven reps before dropping the dumbbells, showing off his ‘The Beast’ tattoo spread across his biceps in the process, a very fitting nickname of course.
Watch his ridiculous show of strength in the clip below.
