Eddie Hall admitted he was still struggling with his injured left arm before he was defeated by bitter rival Thor Bjornsson earlier this month.
The British star suffered a detached bicep last year which initially postponed their scheduled clash until March this year. Hall was visibly struggling with his left arm during their clash where he eventually fell to unanimous decision defeat.
Hall has now broken his silence for the first time since the devastating loss, and has congratulated Bjornsson by offering his respect. "The commentator at some point mentions whether there's something wrong with my left arm and I can only be honest and say yes, there was," Hall said on his YouTube channel. "I f***** my biceps seven months ago and since then I haven't been able to use my left arm. I'm not making excuses, I'm just saying it is how it is.
"It's time for me to eat some humble pie and address a few things. First of all I want to say a massive well done to Thor; well done on the fight. I want to take this opportunity to say how great a strongman you are - or were - and to appreciate you as a man and for the things you've done.
"At the end of the day you're a phenomenon, a giant among us, you're special and you want to leave a
