Early loan move identified as Man United confident of sealing £100m double transfer swoop

Manchester United continue to be linked with potential new signings this summer.

United will be busy looking ahead to the new campaign which will see them compete in the Premier League and Europa League. Victory over Manchester City in the FA Cup saw the Reds qualify for Europe despite their eighth-place finish in the top flight.

Erik ten Hag's future as manager has been the subject of speculation for the majority of the season. Despite the uncertainty, United are seemingly pressing ahead with acquiring potential transfer targets if the latest reports are to be believed.

MEN Sport understands that only four United players have not been put on the transfer list by Ineos Group this summer. Kobbie Mainoo, Andre Onana, Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho are the only players not to be available for transfer.

United are still being linked with possible new signings, though. There is speculation of moves for Crystal Palace star Michael Olise and Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite. According to talkSPORT, the Reds are "confident" they can agree deals to sign both players this summer.

The report claims that United would need to spend £60 million in order to sign Olise from Palace. Branthwaite, meanwhile, is reported to be available for £40 million this summer, meaning United would need to spend £100 million to bring the duo to Old Trafford.
