Dylan Alcott through to Australian Open quad wheelchair singles final after defeating Andy Lapthorne
Dylan Alcott has moved closer to finishing his career on a winning note, reaching his eighth straight Australian Open quad wheelchair singles final.
Alcott — who announced late last year he would retire after the Australian Open — defeated long-time rival Andy Lapthorne 6-3, 6-0 in their semifinal.
The world number one plays Dutchman Sam Schröder in the final.
More to come.
