The Dragons welcome Gloucester to Rodney Parade for their final Challenge Cup pool stage match.

Jonah Holmes, Taine Basham and Aaron Wainwright return to the starting XV as director of rugby Dean Ryan makes six changes to the side that lost 51-3 to the Sharks in Durban last weekend.

Ross Moriarty misses out on a reunion with his former side after suffering a knee injury in South Africa so Wainwright makes his first appearance since the start of March at No. 8.

Jack Dixon makes his 150th appearance for the region, while Gloucester winger Louis Rees-Zammit features on Welsh soil for the first time since the end of the Six Nations.
