Doohan to replace Ocon for Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

DOHA : Australian reserve Jack Doohan will replace departing French driver Esteban Ocon at Alpine for Sunday's season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the Renault-owned Formula One team said on Monday.

Ocon is joining Haas at the end of the season and the switch will allow him to take part in the post-season test at Yas Marina next week, while also giving Doohan his debut earlier than expected.
