Donald Trump predicts he will end LIV Golf and PGA feud 'in 15 minutes' as confidence grows over presidential win

Donald Trump will find out tonight whether he will be returning to the White House for a second tenure as the President of the United States of America.

The 78-year-old Republican candidate is hoping to regain office by defeating Democratic nominee Kamala Harris after losing out on the presidency to Joe Biden back in 2020. And ahead of Tuesday night's monumental vote count Stateside, the eccentric businessman has appealed to fans of golf by sensationally claiming that he could end the feud between the PGA Tour and Saudi Arabian-backed LIV Golf by brokering a deal between the two powerhouses in as little as 15 minutes.

The two parties remained deadlocked in talks about how to help bring unity to the sport of golf going forward, and while he wouldn't go into specific details, presidential candidate Trump - who owns 12 golf courses around the world including two in Scotland - believes he could lend a hand in helping reach an agreement.

Asked about his thoughts on the feud on the 'Let's Go' podcast with Jim Gray and Bill Belichick, he replied: "Well, I'm going to really work on other things, to be honest with you... I think we have much bigger problems than that.

"But I do think we should have one tour, and they should have the best players in that tour - meaning you have many tours, but your primary tour, because when Scottie [Scheffler] wins or when they win on the other tour, we have a lot of... there's a lot of great players. I mean, beyond great. It's really top, top players on LIV.

"It would be nice if they could all play together. It's terrible when somebody's shut out of a major. It's terrible. But they're very happy with Saudi Arabia. They're over there and they're very happy about it. They really are. It's amazing.
