'Don't know how I'll live life without you' - Police name three teenagers killed in bus crash

Three teenagers who tragically lost their lives in a car crash with a bus have been named by the police. The accident happened on Elwyn Street, Coedely, Wales, around 7pm on Monday, December 11.

South Wales Police confirmed that three youngsters were declared dead at the scene. Two more boys, aged 18 and 19, were rushed to the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff with serious injuries.

Two other people received treatment for minor injuries.

On Tuesday afternoon, the police revealed the names of the victims as Callum Griffiths, 19, from Porth, Jesse Owen, 18, from Tonypandy, and Morgan Smith, 18, also from Tonypandy.

Morgan, a former boxing champion, was described by his devastated family as the "perfect son". His dad Daniel Chalfont said: "Miss you so much already. Don't know how I'll live life without you. Literally broken."

His mum Laura added: "Just six hours ago we said our usual love you. This hurts so much."

Superintendent Esyr Jones of South Wales Police expressed his condolences, saying: "Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragic incident. Trained family liaison officers are supporting the families at what must be an extremely difficult time for them."
