'Dominant' Liverpool need to cut out mistakes - Klopp

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp admitted his team started well against Wolves before going behind in their FA Cup clash at Anfield.

He said: "Again I think a good start, dominant start with really good football moments then we concede.

"[Alisson] passed the ball to the feet and they scored, they had counter attacks, but we felt that, we could see it, then we came back with a fantastic equaliser.

"At half-time everything is clear, we need to improve and the things we wanted to change on the pitch to cause them more problems.

"Then it's again a rather dominant performance until they get a little bit of a foot in the game and there's not enough challenges.

"They caused us massive problems, but we scored a second goal, fine, but we kept these problems in the game."

Wolves had a third goal ruled out by VAR, but Klopp said: "I don't have the pictures here, I see one picture where he could be offside but I understand I think it's because the VAR has one camera angle.

"That's obviously, then you don't want to have that in this game but if it was not offside then it's unlucky, but if it was offside then it is the right decision."

Wolves manager Julen Lopetegui admitted his team "have to accept" the decisions made after their third goal was ruled offside, and Mo Salah's goal for Liverpool was ruled onside.

He said: "We have seen and it doesn't exist, offside, sorry it's impossible.

"We have seen someone tell him that it is offside because we have seen the image and it doesn't exist.

"The second goal for Liverpool is the same because the rule, I think it's the same ruling on Europe, in the leagues.

"My opinion is we have to talk a lot with referees about this kind of situation.
