Djokovic secures Olympic gold after topping Alcaraz in men's singles final

Novak Djokovic is an Olympic champion.

The 37-year-old Serbian defeated Carlos Alcaraz from Spain in two sets on Sunday to capture the men's singles Olympic gold medal in Paris.

Djokovic's previous best result at the Games had been a bronze medal in Beijing 2008.
