Devastating blow for promising WP, Stormers flyhalf Kade Wolhuter as injury ends season
Promising young Western Province flyhalf Kade Wolhuter has suffered another major injury setback.
The 21-year-old confirmed late on Tuesday that his 2023 season was over due to another knee injury.

Wolhuter had performed well thus far for WP in this year's Currie Cup.
The former Paul Roos scholar was tipped by many as a future Springbok after making his Stormers debut as a teenager in 2020.
But injuries have curtailed his progress and he confirmed on Tuesday that a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) had brought a premature end to his season.
It's the second ACL injury Wolhuter has suffered in his professional career.
"What a way to bring the season to an end!" Wolhuter wrote on Instagram. "Second ruptured ACL, right knee this time, so at least I'll be symmetrical!
"Tough nine months ahead of me, but we've done it once before so bring it on again."

With Wolhuter out, Jean-Luc du Plessis and Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu are WP's remaining flyhalf options for the Currie Cup.
WP are fourth in the eight-team Currie Cup standings, with three wins from six matches.
