Deontay Wilder: Ringside footage of Robert Helenius knockout is epic
Deontay Wilder is officially and finally back in the win column following a first-round knockout over Robert Helenius.
The American made a successful return to the ring on Saturday night following a year away from the sport, where he even considered retirement.
Going into the fight, Wilder was coming off of back-to-back defeats to Tyson Fury. Helenius, meanwhile, was coming off of two TKO wins over Adam Kownacki.
In what was a short fight, ringside footage of the knockout shows just how hard Wilder can hit and just how crazy boxing is from the most expensive seats in the house.
From the off, Helenius was in Wilder’s face and trying to establish an early lead. However, when fighting the Bronze Bomber, that will always come back to bite you.
With seconds of the first-round remaining, Wilder landed his trademark right hand to knock Helenius out cold.
DEONTAY WILDER OMG!
