Declan Rice comments indicate Manchester United should change priority

Declan Rice will likely be the latest England talent to be targeted by the Premier League’s big-hitters this summer, with reports already linking the midfielder with a move away from West Ham.

The 23-year-old still has a little more than two years left on his deal at the London Stadium but is deemed unlikely to see it out due to the increased interest in him. "I also want to win the Champions League. I want to win the FA Cup and the League Cup, even stuff with England. I want to win it all.”
