David Moyes' best Everton XI as Frank Lampard question posed

If Everton could hypothetically pick one player from the David Moyes era to help them over these last six games of the season, who would it be? That was the question that Everton correspondent Joe Thomas put to fellow Blues reporters, Adam Jones and myself in the ECHO office this week, and after I relayed the conversation on Twitter it’s proven a poser that has piqued fans’ interest.

Adam and myself almost instantly both responded with “Yakubu” – scoring goals has clearly been the main issue in recent weeks – but Adam says he will also accept shouts for Phil Jagielka, while Joe for his part has subsequently gone for Tim Cahill.
