David James questions why Declan Rice would want to seal Arsenal transfer amid Man City interest
Former Manchester City and England goalkeeper David James has questioned why West Ham United captain Declan Rice would want to join Arsenal this summer.
The England international has been identified as the Gunners' top target to strengthen their midfield options this summer and they have already seen two bids turned down, including a club-record offer. For James, however, he cannot understand why the England ace would want to make the switch to the Emirates Stadium.
