Darwin Nunez latest: Luis Suarez rubbishes comparison talk but praises ‘special’ Liverpool signing

Former Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has completely put to bed any talk of comparisons with new Anfield signing Darwin Nunez.

The Merseyside outfit confirmed the signing of the Benfica hotshot last week in deal worth £64.1million, with a further £21.3m payable in add-ons for the talented Uruguay forward.

The 22-year-old was the Portugal league’s top goalscorer last season with 32 goals. But he also notched six times in the Champions League, including in both legs of the quarter-finals against Jurgen Klopp’s men.
