Daniel Jones demoted to 3rd-string QB as Giants turn to Tommy DeVito - ESPN

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The New York Giants have benched Daniel Jones and named Tommy DeVito as their new starting quarterback.

Giants coach Brian Daboll announced Monday that the struggling Jones will be New York's third-string quarterback going forward, behind DeVito and Drew Lock, who will remain in the backup role.
