Daizen Maeda debuts ANOTHER new look as Celtic fans joke 'Slim Shady' has Rangers on the run

First he actually has hair, now he's dying it blond.

Celtic fans can't keep up with Daizen Maeda's ever-changing image, but they're loving every minute of it. The Japan star raised eyebrows when he ran out against Livingston at the weekend and his distinctive bald look had been swapped for a buzzcut - something he put down to his daughter's desire for him to grow his hair out.

And it seems he is fully committing to the bit. An image doing the rounds on social media on Wednesday morning, showing Maeda with even more hair, and all of it dyed blond, shook punters to their core with many suggesting it might have been faked. But training footage backs it up. It's legit. Daizen Maeda is blond. DEFCON 1.

One of the first things that jumped out was a shared likeness with rapper Eminem during his Slim Shady era. Paraphrasing slightly, one fan wrote: "Dear Ange, I wrote you but you still ain't callin'..." and another added: "Silm Shady rocking up for the title run-in. Tenner on him as top goalscorer." A third commented: "What if he's like Samson and all his football ability is cultivated from his hair?"

One punter joked there could be more changes, pleading: "Please dye it green and white for Ibrox!"

Could it lead to an upsurge in form from the frontman in time to face Rangers in April? One excited fan wrote: "That's us won the league," while another said: "James Tavernier's nightmare."
