Cyberpunk 2077 Kerry Romance: Players Discuss How it Could've Been 'Better'

Romance Options are a huge part of Cyberpunk 2077, and players have recently been discussing how Kerry’s could’ve been “better.”

Having the opportunity to ‘romance’ a character in the game adds to the roleplay element that is integral to the CD Projekt Red title.

Whilst some options have become fan favourites, others appear to have fallen flat with the player base, despite the amendments made over the past couple of years via patching and hotfixing.

A player on the r/cyberpunkgame Subreddit laid out their reasoning for thinking that the ‘celebrity’ romance could’ve been a whole lot more in the RPG game.

They wrote: “I wished they played into the whole celebrity romance angle more!! Cause like V has Street Cred but unless you do the Secret Mission/Rogue Ending he/she/they isn’t really “KNOWN” so they could have played into that more with Kerry’s romance!

“Like imagine you just watch TV one day then after the kiss with Kerry there’s a picture of some sh*t with the 2 of you & a news reporter is like “DOES KERRY EURODINE HAVE NEW INPUT” Or like we get another mission where he takes you to the red carpet & it’s like a very fancy date & you run into even people you helped throughout the game like US Cracks, Lizzy Wizzy, Rachel, Meredith & other Corpo rich types. 

“Kerry & V could be like the Brangelina of Night City, especially after THE SUN ending & I hope if theirs ever a DLC they have fun like that.”
