Crystal Palace: 'Incredible' £18m star 'doesn't have to leave' Selhurst Park

Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi does not need to leave Selhurst Park to gain more recognition, says journalist Pete O’Rourke.

The 22-year-old, who was linked to Tottenham during the summer, was called up to the England squad during the recent international break but did not play a single minute. However, O’Rourke does not think he needs to move to a club like Spurs to win over Gareth Southgate.

“I think Gareth Southgate has shown that he will pick players regardless of what club they’re at.”

There is no rush. Guehi is still just 22 years of age, so it is not
